Is there a difference between a Jiu Jitsu course and an Academy of bjj ?
The training of a Jitsuka that practice BJJ lasts many years, from the white belt to the black belt and then continues in the evolution virtually indefinitely, there are always new tactical or technical ways to incorporate into your way of fighting. For this you need a reference environment that deals only with this, a teacher and instructors who can follow the student during his training, the presence of other students of all levels including black belts that will allow you to evolve and experience the own knowledge in a familiar and above all safe context. Being a dedicated structure, the tatami is available to students for various study and training opportunities, with seminars, private lessons, it is difficult to find the same opportunity in courses inserted in non-dedicated contexts and to have the guarantee of didactic continuity.
One of the questions we hear most often is: Can I start at my age with bll ? If I didn't start as a child, does it make sense to do bjj now?
The answer is yes! Jiu Jitsu or BJJ has many ways of implementing it and allows every physical type to be able to express themselves by their characteristics: who is more flexible, who is more energetic, who is more reflective, more or less heavy, who is young and dynamic, who is more mature and strategic, everyone can develop their own way of fighting while remaining effective and reaping the great benefits that physical and mental activity gives!
Come and experience on your own or alone how efficient as well as satisfying it can be.
Grey Wolf Jiu Jitsu Bergamo
The pandemic has upset many historical balances including our collaboration with Maestro Robin Gracie. For issues related to international blocs and the economy, the historic association had to be interrupted, friendship and mutual respect remain unaltered. The Academy has taken the name of Grey Wolf Jiu Jitsu, nothing has changed inside: Teacher, Instructors and Students remain the same, with the novelty of having created a connection with Rodrigo Pagani's Curucuruland BJJ Team, 5th grade black belt multiple national and international champion. Sensei Sbergia is the contact person for Europe of the international team, with connections to Brazil, the USA, Canada, San Salvador. Our school organizes CAMP in Brazil under the guidance of Sensei Pagani within his school with accommodation included as well as the possibility of visiting the spectacular places in the surroundings, but the highlight remains the access to the highest level technique with teaching on measure.
