Trial Week – Grey Wolf BJJ

Through this form you can book your trial week at Grey Wolf BJJ Academy, designed for those who want to discover our activities and training methodology.

The trial week includes 5 training days, to be completed within one week (for example from Monday to Friday, Wednesday to Tuesday, etc.).

To access the trial week, a €9 contribution is required. This fee is exclusively for insurance coverage for participants attending trial classes.

The contribution has no commercial purpose and is required solely to protect both the student and the academy.

Trial Week Start Times

The first day of the trial week must be chosen from:

• Monday (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

• Wednesday (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

• Friday (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

• If you are an adult: adult-liability-waiver

Photo/Video Release Form

• If you are a minor: minor-photo-release

The forms must be sent to simo.piazzi@gmail.com at least one day before the test.

For the first lesson, remember to bring a copy of your ID card and tax code.
